Rushing for the fifth-highest FBS total this season, University of Washington junior tailback Dillon Johnson on Monday received weekly conference honors, as did redshirt freshman Parker Brailsford, one of the guys who was blocking for him.

Johnson rushed 26 times for 256 yards and 4 touchdowns in Saturday's 52-42 victory over USC and was named the Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week.

The 6-foot-2, 275-pound Brailsford, operating at center, was the highest-rated Husky offensive lineman as the team piled up 572 yards of total offense, 316 on the ground.

A Mississippi State transfer, the 6-foot, 218-pound Johnson also finished with the fifth-highest UW rushing total in schools annals, the most since Chris Polk collected 284 against Washington State in 2010.

His 4 touchdowns tied a school record for the most ever by a UW player, and the most since Myles Gaskin had that many against WSU in 2017.

Brailsford, who began the season as a starting guard and moved over when Matteo Mele was lost for the season, received his second conference weekly accolade. In week 3, he was named Pac-12 Freshman of the Week for his performance in a 41-7 win at Michigan State.

Johnson and Brailsford are the sixth and seventh Huskies to receive Pac-12 honors. Previous recipients were quarterback Michael Penix Jr. (week 3, Offensive Player), edge rusher Zion Tupuola-Fetui (week 3, Defensive Lineman), Brailsford, punt returner Rome Odunze (week 4, Special Teams), and nickelback Mishael Powell (week 8, Defensive Player).
